  • ¼ C. tomato sauce
  • ½ C. mozzarella cheese
  • ½ C. spinach
  • 10 slices of pepperoni
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ tsp. dried basil
  • ¼ tsp. oregano
  • ¼ tsp. dried thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Heat up a saucepan. In a bowl, add in your egg whites. Add in the dried basil, oregano, dried thyme, salt and pepper. Pour egg white mixture into the hot saucepan. Pour the tomato sauce over the top and add the spinach. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and place the pepperoni slices over the surface. Remove from heat. Cover the saucepan to let the cheese melt and to let the pepperoni slices cook. Serve and enjoy.
