Ingredients
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 C. minced fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 C. onions, sliced
- 1/4 C. lemon juice (save lemon halves)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. cleaned, shelled cooked shrimp

Directions
Place large skillet over medium heat. Heat oil in empty skillet. Add garlic and sauté over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly colored. Stir in parsley, onions, lemon juice and salt. Cook for 30 seconds. Toss with cooked shrimp and lemon halves.
