Lemon Broccoli Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 4 C. hot cooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions
Cut 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 tsp. juice from remaining lemon. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Top chicken with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
