Lemon Brownies

This is a very easy recipe that is light and sweet. These no-chocolate brownies make excellent bars.

  • 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small box lemon Jell-O

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in 9x13'' pan for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven; while still hot punch holes in top of cake with toothpick and pour this mixture over cake: 1 C. powdered sugar and 1/2 C. real lemon juice well mixed. Cool and cut in squares; powdered sugar may be sprinkled over brownies.
