A nice dessert cake for those hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

combine first 5 ingredients and spread into a greased 11X15 inch pan. Beat remaining ingredients and spread over cake batter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350*.
