A lemon cake with cream cheese frosting recipe will make a great summer dessert. It is filled with flavor and is topped with rich cream cheese. It can be stored in the refrigerator for an afternoon treat around the pool and can be topped with fresh fruit for added delight. The bright yellow color will lighten the table as well.
