Lemon Cookies

So quick and easy you'll be amazed it's that simple!

Ingredients

  • 1 18 1/2 oz. box lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbs. water or lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dried lemon peel

Directions

Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Yield: about 3 1/2 dozen cookies
