  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 C. Cool Whip
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 C. milk

Mix together cream cheese, cool whip and sugar and spread over crust. Blend lemon pudding and milk together until thick and spread on top. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate.
