  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 1 C. lemon curd
  • 1/3 C. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and unroll the crescent rolls into a large rectangle. Break the rectangle in half so you have two rectangles of four rolls each. Press the seams together and then cut each rectangle into four squares.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt and sugar. Place 1 Tbs. yogurt mixture in the center of each square. Top the yogurt with 1 Tbs. lemon curd. Fold up the edges, pinching to seal the corner as much as you can. Transfer the pastries carefully to the baking sheets. Bake for 8 minutes , or until the rolls are golden-brown on top.
