Lemon Fruit Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1 (4 serving) pack of jello lemon gelatin
- 1/2 C. cool whip
- 1 6 oz. graham cracker crust
- 6 Tbs. spreadable fruit any flavor
Directions
In bowl stir cream cheese with spoon till soft. Add gelatin dry, then add cool whip. Continue stirring until well blended. Spread mixture into graham cracker crusts. Spread 1 Tbs. fruit over top of each. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
