Ingredients

  • 1/3 C. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. grated lemon zest
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 pt. half-and-half

Directions

Combine lemon juice, zest and sugar into a medium bowl and stir well. Let stand for 30 minutes. Add half-and-half and stir. Pour mixture into the container of an ice cream maker and follow directions for freezing. Pack the ice cream into a container, cover and freeze for up to 24 hours.
