Ingredients
- 1/3 C. butter or margarine
- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 4 to 5 Tbs. lemon juice
Directions
In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat; remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and lemon peel.
Stir in lemon juice, 1 tablespoon at at time, until smooth and consistency of thick syrup.
