Lemon Halibut
Ingredients
- 4 6-oz. halibut steaks
- 1 tsp. ground paprika
- 1/2 C. margarine
- 1 Tbs. fresh basil, minced
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. green onion, minced
Directions
Combine margarine, basil, lemon juice, and green onion in a bowl and set aside. Place halibut on a grill and sprinkle with paprika. Grill until cooked through, then serve the fish with the sauce spooned over it.
Serve With: Warm Balsamic Roasted Asparagus
