Lemon Ice Box Pie

Ingredients
- 2 graham cracker crust
- 1st layer:
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 3/4 C. powdered sugar
- 2nd Layer:
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 C. lemon juice
- 3rd layer:
- Cool Whip
Directions
Cream together cheese, coolwhip, and powder sugar. Spread evenly between the pie crust. Start layer 2 and mix condensed milk, egg yolk, and lemon juice together. Pour over layer one. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill and top with Cool Whip and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
