Lemon Icing
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C. confectioners' sugar, sifted
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1-2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl, combine sugar and lemon zest. Drizzle in about half of the lemon juice and stir. Add enough of the remaining lemon juice to reach the consistency that you need. Add 1-2 drops of yellow food coloring, if desired.
