  • 2 Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 6 Tbsp Sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. We will begin by making the filling of the pie. Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a pan over medium-heat. Mix in water, lemon juice. Whisk egg yolk and add to the mixture. Continuously stir to a boil until the mixture is thick. Pour this into the pie crust. Next, will be the meringue. Whip the eggs white thoroughly.
