- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 large boil in bag of rice
- 1/2 C. of lemon juice (either fresh or bottled)
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Place chicken in a pan at least 1 1/2" deep. Combine salt and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle paprika over chicken until all of the chicken is lightly covered. Cover the pan with tin foil. Cook at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Start preparing the rice about 15 minuets before the chicken is done. This can be served either as a dish or individually.
Note: Chicken strips can be substituted for breasts and the recipe simple to prepare, but very delicious can be added to, to serve more.
