  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Set a skillet to medium heat.
Mix flour and Lemon Pepper Seasoning in a bowl. After chicken has been rinsed, coat evenly with seasoned flour.
Then, over medium heat, melt butter in large nonstick skillet. Cook the chicken thigh 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Transfer to dish, pair with a vegetable or a rice and serve.
