  • 8 salmon fillets
  • 1 Tbs. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • French fries, as needed
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 white onion, cut in rings
  • 1 lemon
  • Tartar sauce, as needed

After washing fillets, rub both sides with lemon pepper and salt.

Heat olive oil in skillet and add fillets. Season minced garlic over. Cook for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.

In another skillet, follow bag instructions for french fries.

Cut lettuce, onion, cucumber and tomato and mix together. Serve as salad with desired dressing.

Serve salmon, fries and salad on a place. Cut lemon into pieces and drizzle juice over salmon. Use as much tartar sauce as needed.
