  • 1 1/2 lb. salmon fillets
  • 4 Tbs. sour ream
  • 4 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground smoked paprika
  • Oil

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking pan with some oil and place the fillets skin side down on the pan. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the salmon with the mixture. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or to preferred level of doneness.
