Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 C. water
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 lemon (juice and rind)
Directions
Mix flour with salt and sugar. Add water. Stir until smooth and cook until thick. Add rind and juice of lemon. Stir until well-mixed. Serve hot or cold.
