  • 1 Small Octopus, 1-2 lbs
  • ⅓ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Zest
  • 2 heads Garlic, minced or pressed
  • 2-3 Tbsp Minced Parsley
  • ⅔ cup Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Combine lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley and olive oil. Add octopus to marinate; place in refrigerator covered, for 4-5 hours. Remove, drain and place on a medium hot grill. Add salt and pepper to taste, then grill until cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).
