Ingredients

  • 17 oz Oriental Style Noodles
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Red Pepper, diced
  • 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • ½ lb Fresh Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 Medium Red Onion, diced
  • 15 Medium Shrimp, cleaned and cut in 3 pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Directions

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add oriental noodles, cook one minute, remove from heat, cover and let set. Cook peppers in olive oil on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add onion and mushroom and cook for 2 more minutes or until tender. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is done. Drain the noodles and add butter. Add the noodle mixture to the vegetables and incorporate the noodles through out the vegetables.
