- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 8-oz. tub of whipped topping
- 1 egg
- confectioners' sugar
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. Beat or stir until blended (batter will be very sticky). Drop by teaspoonfuls into confectioners' sugar and roll lightly to coat. Place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
