Serving Size / Yield
- 2 lbs. spinach, tough stems removed
- 1/4 C. water
- olive oil
- lemon wedges
Put spinach, water and pinch of salt in a large pot. Cover pot and turn heat on to medium. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain spinach and press out the excess water. In a serving bowl toss spinach with olive oil, to taste. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
