Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 C. honey
  • 3 Tbs. lemon zest
  • 3/4 C. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbs. melted butter (1/2 stick)

Blend all ingredients and pour into a pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes.
