Lemon Teriyaki Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. lemon juice
- 1/2 C. soy sauce
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 3 Tbs. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 Tsp. ground ginger
- 6-8 chicken breasts, strips, or thighs
Directions
In skillet, combine all ingredients except chicken. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes. Add chicken. Simmer 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
