• 1 C. butter
• 1/2 C. sugar
• 1/2 C. ground walnuts
• 2 C. cake flour
• 1 Tbs. lemon flavor
• 1 tsp. mace
• Orange marmalade

Cream butter and sugar until creamy, about 3 minutes. Add lemon flavor and mace and mix to combine. Sift flour and add nuts. Blend into creamed mixture to a smooth dough. Chill at least 1 hour. On a floured surface, roll to 1/8-inch rounds. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. When cookies are cooled completed, put together with marmalade.
