  • 4 salmon steaks, deboned
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • dash of salt
  • dash of black pepper

Rub the salmon steaks with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juices over the salmon. Place the salmon on a greased, unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil for 10 minutes on one side. Flip the salmon over and broil for another 10 minutes or until the salmon flakes with a fork. Remove and serve with a slice of a lemon and choice of vegetables.
