- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 3/4 C. hot water
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 C. Wesson oil, do not substitute
- 1 small can concentrated frozen lemonade, thawed
- 3/4 C. granulated sugar
Mix Jell-O and hot water until dissolved. Set aside. In separate bowl mix cake mix, eggs and oil. Beat at high speed for 4 minutes. Add Jell-O mix and beat 4 minutes longer. Pour into tube pan greased and lined with wax paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Mix frozen lemonade with sugar. Poke holes in cake with fork and pour lemonade mixture over cake while still hot and let remain in pan for 1 hour.
