Lenten Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 C. dairy-free margarine
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 3.4 C. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. non-dairy chocolate chips
- 3 C. flour
- Fake egg:
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 4 Tbs. flour
- 6 Tbs. water
Directions
Make the fake egg. Then combine all ingredients, except chips. Stir in chips. Drop teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake until cookies are golden brown.
