Lenten Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 C. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. water
- oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except oil, together and stir until blended. Consistency should be slightly looser than pancake mix. Heat frying pan with oil. Drop a tablespoon of mixture into oil. When the pancakes begin to bubble, turn them over until they are slightly golden. Remove from pan and place in dish.
