Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C. flour
  • 3/4 C. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 C. butter, melted

Directions

Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add milk, egg and butter. Pour batter in greased crockpot. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
