Lickety-Split Pork Chops with Lime Vinaigrette

- 6 boneless pork chops, cut thin
- ¼ C. lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/3 C. oil
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, and oil; set aside. Pat pork chops dry, season to preference, and grill at a medium to high heat, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Plate and drizzle lime vinaigrette over each.
