  • 2 C. sugar
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • White frosting
  • Holiday sprinkles for decorating

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla; set aside. In a large bowl, use a mixer to combine cake flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Beat in butter until combined. Gradually mix in wet ingredients until batter is smooth. Spoon batter into cupcake liners, bake for 16 to 20 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, and let cool. Frost and decorate with sprinkles.
