Try this orange and lemon dressing over a fresh spinach salad or julienned carrots.

  • 1/3 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh lemon peel
  • 1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 C. orange juice
  • 3 Tbs. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 Tbs. snipped fresh chives
  • 1 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Assorted salad greens, tomato wedges, radish slices, julienned carrots, etc.

Measure first 9 ingredients into jar with screw-top lid; cover and shake well until sugar dissolves. Let stand 30 minutes. Shake well before using. Pour desired amount of dressing over mixture of assorted vegetables. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
