Light & Fluffy Fruit Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 C. pineapple
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 1 C. whipping cream, whipped
Directions
Combine sugar, flour, juice, egg and butter in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Let cool completely. Fold in whipped cream. Serve with fresh fruit.
