  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 C. milk

Heat until chocolate melts. Cook until mixture begins to thicken. Add 1 quart of scalded milk and beat with egg beater until smooth. Serve with marshmallow. More sugar can be added to taste.
