Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Margarine
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 5 Eggs
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 (9") Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust, thawed
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Directions

Saute onions, zucchini, and tomatoes in a pan for 3 minutes.
Mix eggs and salt in a bowl for 1 minute then stir in vegetables
Sprinkle cheese on the bottom of the pie crust and carefully pour egg mixture over cheese
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
