- 1 1/2 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced and chopped
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbs. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400 degress. Mix ingredients in bowl. Pour mixture in loaf pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool before slicing.
