  • 2/3 C. almond flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
  • 1/2 C. butter

Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. Mix flour, salt, pepper, celery salt, mustard and paprika in a brown paper bag. Shake the chicken pieces in the brown paper bag. Melt butter on a baking dish to hold chicken. Coat both sides of chicken in butter. Bake for 75 minutes until crispy and brown.
