  • 3 shallots, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 C. light Alfredo sauce
  • 12 oz. cooked salmon fillet

Spray non-stick cooking spray on a large skillet. Heat on medium-high and saute shallots, basil, parsley and garlic for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add Alfredo sauce. Cook until heated through. Pour sauce over cooked salmon before serving.
