  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Olive oil

Clean potatoes thoroughly.  Cut each potato into about 10 small wedges and place in a baking sheet.  Add salt, pepper, and drizzle a little olive oil on the top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until lightly crisped.
