Samosas are usually heavy and soaked with oil from frying. However, when fried at the right temperature and filled with light turkey, they're a perfect healthy snack or meal!

Heat the oven to 400 degrees and mix the filling (everything but the crescent rolls) in a large bowl. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into four rectangles. The the rectangles in half so they are squares.

Spoon some of the filling into each square and fold crosswise into a triangle. Pinch edges to form a tight seal. Bake for 10-15 minutes on a well greased cookie sheet until they are golden brown.

Cool for at least 10 minutes prior to serving.
