  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • ½ C. vanilla yogurt
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. blueberries

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, yogurt, oil, and vanilla. Pour flour mixture into wet ingredients and mix to combine. Gently stir in blueberries and transfer batter into your heavily greased crockpot. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours until an inserted knife comes out clean.
