This vegetarian version of the classic American garden salad combines ripe avocado, plum tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs atop a bed of greens. Simply drizzle with our homemade dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds to enjoy.

  • 3 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 5 C. Salad Greens
  • 1 C. Grape Tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, sliced
  • 2 Large Avocadoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 C. Toasted Sesame Seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set dressing aside. In a large serving bowl, combine the salad greens, tomatoes, eggs, and avocadoes. Drizzle with the dressing and gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
