  • 1/2 C. Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. 2% Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Prepared Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 4 10" Flour Tortillas
  • 8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/2 lb. Deli-Style Ham
  • 2/3 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Medium Carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 Medium Tomato, chopped

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, sugar, mustard, and celery salt. Spread a dollop of the sauce evenly over one side of each tortilla. Place two romaine lettuce leaves in a single layer atop the sauce on each tortilla. Evenly divide the ham between the wraps. Sprinkle each wrap with even amounts of cheese, carrots, and tomatoes. Roll wraps up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
