Some recipes are better left with just the use of a sprinkle of seasonings to still deliver a bold flavor. This recipe does just that with a lightly seasoned with herbs pork loin.

Coat the meat with salt and pepper and place in the crock pot. Pour the water, dry onion soup mix, soy sauce, and red wine on top of the pork loin and mix well. Rub the seasoning on top of the pork. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the top of the pork. Cover and cook on a low heat for 5 hours. Once done, remove from crock pot and carve meat into chunks and drizzle a little bit of the extra juice on top. Serve with a side of salad, bread, boiled potatoes, and/or asparagus.
