Lightning Fast Chocolate Mug Cake
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Regular-sized Coffee Cup
- ¼ cup Flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Almond Extract
- 3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
- A few pomegranate seeds, to garnish
Add all of the dry ingredients to the mug and stir.
Add the egg and mix.
Pour in the milk, oil and extract.
Mix the chocolate chips into the batter.
Place the mug on a small plate.
Bake in the microwave for 3 minutes on high.
Note: The batter will rise above the top of the mug. Not to worry, the batter shouldn’t overflow.
Allow the cake to cool for a couple minutes before eating.
