Lima Bean and Broccoli Casserole

Lima beans and water chestnuts give this veggie casserole a nice crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 4 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • Potato chips

Directions

Cook vegetables until tender, drain well. Mix all ingredients together and place in a 13x9x2-inch casserole dish. Crush potato chips and place over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
